"The property was in a very convenient location. Lots of shopping and restaurants are steps away. Transportation is a very short walk away, so you can get anywhere in the Venice area. Be prepared to walk and walk and walk! The only transportation is by Vaporetto(water bus). The hotel has NO ELEVATOR and 4 floors. Pack light! "

"The location was a few minutes walk from the Vaporetto and the hotel provided excellent directions. They also provided a link and instructions before we got there to apply for the new Venice entry waiver. The hotel itself is an older building, but bathroom was modern and room had a small fridge. The steps were steep, with no elevator, but the desk person helped with our luggage. The only negative was it was very near the fish market, so it could be smelly in the mornings if you wanted to open...

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable even more so once we worked the central heating out. Breakfast selection was very good although the "hot" food was barely warm and consisted only of scrambled egg and small pieces of bacon."
