"Location was close enough to city centre. I received access information at 2pm in the day of my booking. The owner or property manager was pleasant to speak to. "when my flight from Edinburgh to New York was cancelled the staff were extrodinarily helpful. They tried for hours to help me get a flight back home. When they had to leave to attend to something else they came back and checked on my progress.
