"Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!"

"This is gem! We were so happy to stay this apt for three days while traveling in Italy. Emannuel was kind hostess, she met us on dock as we arrived by water bus, showed us apt in and out. She even gave us option as where to keep our bag if we wanted to keep luggages in apt. She was first of many people who warnning of pick pocket. And I really appreciate your cleanness. "The actual studio apartment was not available due to damage from a falling tree. Our host was very kind and provided alternative accommodation for us and was in contact all the time to offer assistance. "

"I stayed for one week during the Biennale - a great place in the more touristy part of the City, but still quiet enough for a very good night's sleep. Central and walkable to all destinations within the city (5' to Piazza San Marco; 25' to the train station, 25' to the Biennale etc..) Be aware of mosquitos in Venice due to the canals, so if you don't like them, bring some spray. Also, the Internet in the apartment was slow, so if you also need to work, bring some patience (and maybe one...

"This was the perfect size and location. Everything was wonderful."

"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! The AC was a nice addition since it was so hot outside. The bus to Venice was convenient - around 30 min in and a little longer on the way home. The Villa was wonderful and I would stay here again!"

"This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. It is near lots of really good restaurants and shops, and about a 15-minute walk to Saint Mark's Square. The communication was great and we loved our stay! Thank you!"

"Andree was extremely helpfully right from time of booking with information and recommendations. The home is in a great location and very well kept. There was no AC but there were fans to help keep us cool. Overall, we liked the place and Andree was wonderful."

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. It was well equipped having a microwave and washing machine. Communication with the owner was easy and she gave us plenty of tips and advice to make our stay easy. The location is great, only a few minutes from Santa Lucia station and close to to plenty of shops and restaurants. Short walks to a lot of the main sights too."

"This is a fantastic, clean, quiet place in Murano. We stayed at a few different VRBOs in Italy where we had issues with hot water. But here, my family of 5 were able to take hot showers and use the washer as well. The beds were very comfortable. And communication with host was very good. One thing for potential guests: You will have to factor in the cost of travel from Venice to Murano. I am not sure if there was a cheaper way to travel, but we bought a 35euro ticket that could be used over...

"Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. All in all a great place to stay for visiting Venice. Thank you! 😊"

"This house was exceptionally clean and well looked after. It was in an excellent central location. The house owner was very quick to respond to any communication and offered to help whenever he could. Our only problem arose with our flights both incoming and outgoing, but Luigi managed to still come and meet us even though we were late arriving and also let us stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled. It was a real pleasure to stay on Burano at this property."

"Overall it was a good stay. The only problem was that the bedding provided was a very thin bed cover and we were all quite cold overnight."

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
