"The directions from the property before we arrived were very good and staff were friendly throughout. The room was fairly simple, contained the basics and were clean We found the beds didn’t suit our styles and they were quite uncomfortable. The property is a short 15-minute walk to San Marco square or you can catch a water gondola taxi for €2 from Basilica Santa Maria across the Grand Canal. "Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable even more so once we worked the central heating out. Breakfast selection was very good although the "hot" food was barely warm and consisted only of scrambled egg and small pieces of bacon."
