"I've just mentioned that it would be my birthday during my stay asking for a cupcake at breakfast and they sent a bottle of Prosecco with two flutes and an amazing card handwritten by the staff. This was an amazing surprise that made me feel so happy and made my day even more special. Thanks for all the Rosa Grand Staff, I'll never forget it."
