"What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date. But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos. "

"I was just for a 2 days business trip in Venice. I couldn't enjoy the hotel & it's facilities very much because I only slept 2 very short nights But my short stay was very nice (staff & room). I will book again, Leo"

"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "

"This hotel is really far from the city, in vaporetto is like a 15 min ride to the St. Mark Plaza. But is really nice and relaxing place away from the noisy city. when we got there they inform us the bar was open til 12 but on two separate occasions they told us they were close and it was like 8pm. The men in charge (manager I assume) was really nice but the lady in the 'cafe' was really mean and rude towards her own employees which I really dislike. She yelled at them in front of us....

"Property in the style of authentic Venetian lovely views of the water and courtyard featuring olive trees. Didn't like the number of stairs to our room. Especially as my partner as mobility problems."
