"Instructions for using the TV and operating the heating as it was extremely hot in the house would have helped although we only used it for a place to sleep close to the airport. £50 for cleaning is extortionate for cleaning some towels and some bed sheets ; have stayed for a week in places where it didn't cost that much and if it had been made very clear prior to confirming the booking I wouldn't have booked and looked elsewhere. (In all honesty I felt conned and won't be using Hotels.com...
