"Everything was good just at checkout. There was a issue with the spa day where my wife got a facial, but she had a water treatment afterwards when they said they were gonna go ahead and not charge for it so she wasn’t really gonna benefit from it and they were in a charge us for it, but they still added some oil charge to our account"

"Everything about our stay was wonderful, with one disappointing exception on our last day when we requested transportation to the airport. Estrella from the reservations office was rude and dismissive when she informed us that the shuttle transportation had to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. I explained that I wasn’t aware of this requirement and didn’t recall being informed. She then pulled up a document I had signed and stated, in a condescending tone, that I had been informed and simply hadn’t read it. It’s possible I overlooked that information, as on the date of our arrival, we flew all night (a six-hour flight) from California and were extremely tired. However, I would have appreciated a little understanding and courtesy rather than being made to feel at fault. The rest of the staff, were very helpful & friendly."
