"The Apartment itself is OK. and the host was very friendly. However, it is listed as a two bedroom, two bath and while, technically, it is that, the second bedroom is very small and only has a single bed and the toilet in the second bathroom only flushed when it felt like it. To make matters worse there was a Queen Sized Mattress propped against the wall. The friends we were traveling with had to check into a hotel as two people simply couldn't sleep in the bed. "As usual, we stayed over one night to catch our next flight to Grand Cayman in the morning. Our room was a generous sized king. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bathroom fittings were all of excellent quality and perform perfectly. I did report that the mattress was at its end of life and the concierge thanked me for informing him."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and the washroom was clean and updated. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport. I booked this hotel because it said it has a shuttle to the airport. I missed something when booking though. The shuttle is 7 Pounds (which is about $14 CAD). In Canada my experience has been that airport shuttles are included in the hotel cost and not an extra cost. My daughter and I ended up taking the public transit bus which stopped out front of the hotel for a much cheaper price. Also with the subway going to the airport a shuttle wasn’t such an important consideration. It is quite easy to get to Heathrow from many places in London on the subway. Summary - the hotel was clean, quiet (very little airport noise with dual windows), had A/C, and was close to the airport, but the shuttle is an extra fee."

"The staff were helpful and friendly and the food selection was reasonable. The restaurant area was lacking in atmosphere with nothing on the tables I.e. condiments, serviettes etc., making it very bare. And unwelcoming. The complementary tea/coffee etc.,was very nice. I booked this hotel for its advertised closeness to Heathrow particularly as you advertised the use of a SHUTTLE to the airport, which there was NOT and we had to get a taxi, which was much more expensive. I would have looked at other hotels if this had not been advertised! We had also hoped to return to the hotel for lunch on the Monday, for pick-up by my Son and was told we could not as we were not staying a second night. Taking all into account, we wouldn't stay again."
