"The hotel was very good, the issue we had was in the bathroom the lighting was not great & in the room could have done with better lighting by the mirror. Storage was ok for 1 night but Was not enough if for a longer stay as no drawers. Could do with a chest of drawers in the room instead of a table. The staff were very helpful and polite, especially at breakfast. Hotel was in a great position and parking was good."

"Beautiful property located in the heart of The Cotswolds. Great staff, well appointed rooms and lots of Cotswold charm throughout. Food at The Crown was delicious and the included breakfast was a bonus. Easy to get a taxi or Uber into nearby Cirencester. Would definitely recommend!"

"A nice hotel located to the lake. Hundreds of rooms with spa and gym. Facilities to make a conference or meeting. Multiple dining areas. Staff friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with balcony. The toilet is also good in size, with towels. unfortunately no amnesties. Two bottles of water as complementary. We stayed two nights and no room service! The location of the hotel is super for different activities especially if you have a car."
