"I was cheated by the Reception staff. I paid 400 pounds to upgrade to a SUITE and was allocated a single room with bathroom. When I complained to the Manager that a hotel Suite is classified as a bedroom plus a sitting room, he disagreed and told me that in his hotel a Suite was a bedroom with a bathroom!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Another problem was trying to book an afternoon tea for 4 friends that were visiting me. It took four people to find out what they should do for afternoon tea. When it arrive, it was quite awful. All in all , this was a really terrible experience and a waste of money."

"As a frequent guest here, it was disappointing that the checkin service and restaurant service was below the normal standards. The checkin Associate did not look at us at all during exchange… the server at breakfast was more interested in chatting to her colleague. For balance, service and the staff here are normally very good. This was a one off… "
