"Currently undergoing refurb so main reception restaurant and bar closed. Temp reception and staff did their best and forewarned us. Breakfast was still excellent, room was great and v comfy bed"

"Charged twice for parking. Building and room in particular very tired and in need of renovation for the price they charge. Waiter messed up our breakfast both days. We stayed in room 45 which a separate building which was off the carpark beside the main building. There were flood lights for the carpark which were on a timer that didn’t switch off till after 10.30pm with very poor window coverings we all struggled to get to sleep. All in all worst hotel we’ve stayed at in many years. "
