"Good value for money, we only stayed one night but there seemed to be good facilities and the staff were on hand to answer questions. The only issue was that the lift if very small only enough room For one person and one suitcase so may take several trips."

"We arrived at noon, too early for check-in but when we spoke to the concierge he said a room was ready & we could book-in now. But only internal rooms were ready & we took one. in hindsight this was wrong as we overlooked noisy machine equipment which made a constant noise & made sleeping difficult. The bedroom & shower room were both a bit small but nothing we couldn't live with. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice & lots available. Even though the hotel was very busy we were seated quickly. We had a lemonade & a coke in the bar, very small measurers & expensive. Even though we ordered at the bar & took our drinks away ourselves I was amazed to see a service charge added to the bill. Just not worth it. Housekeeping didn't service our room on our 2nd day and it was a bit of a faff to get it sorted. Now we know all this we probably will go back as we know the pitfalls to avoid."
