5/5 Excellent
"Needed a one-night stay before very early flight at LHR. We were able to walk 12 minutes from Enterprise Car Return on North Perimeter Rd. (We travel light with only a backpack and personal bag). Checking into hotel was smooth. Clean, nice room. Had dinner at onsite restaurant. Next morning had U3 bus service to Central Bus Station in LHR — it stops right in front of hotel — at 4:51 a.m. and ride three or four quick stops to destination."

"I was anxious travelling for the first time with two young children and lots of luggage, Sorrin at the front desk was just superb at taking care of us and putting us at ease, he helped us with the luggage to the room, and booked us a taxi to the airport the next day, he was so calm and collected and made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxing."

"Unclear directions from car park to the airport. Easy to exit car park and follow road past mc Donald’s onto dual carriageway which took me away from the airport. "
