"There were stains on the bedspread provided. No towels were provided even upon request with the excuse that none had been delivered. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me. I had booked 2 nights but I had to leave after 1 night because we just couldn’t take it anymore. I had to look for and book another hotel."

"It was largely nice but wouldn’t say it was value for money. There was a speaker in the room but was set up for an old iPhone and had no option for Bluetooth connection. Then there was the bar snack/tapas we had in the evening. The food was nice but v small portions so again didn’t feel great value for money. "Stayed in Room 14 for one night. Room very tired - headboard peeling in flakes onto pillows, furniture shoddy & worn. Toilet roll with 4 sheets left folded at end on holder to look nice in en-suite. Room in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff however were very friendly, courteous & professional. Nice meal/drinks at reasonable price in Restaurant. Price for room also reasonable. Would stay again but only for night or two."

"A lovely weekend stay at The Inn West End. The room was comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. Only negative is that the TV could be a little bigger. Breakfast was delicious and we also had dinner from the extensive menu which was very good. The staff are lovely and very attentive. We would definitely recommend a stay at The Inn West End!"

"This amazing canal boat was the highlight of our trip to England! We were amazed at how nice and clean it was. Dinner at the pub nearby was excellent and morning coffee on the deck was a truly wonderful experience. Enjoying canal life for a day was a pleasure, we will definitely stay again on our next trip."
