The hotel is attempting to be high end, but by attempting to do so, it actually hinders its service. There is a lot of disorganisation and lack of management presence.
The spa, and breakfast experiences were very poor. Breakfast had hardly any food available and there was a near constant lack of plates, cups, cutlery and glasses. The staff were overrun with requests not because of a lack of staff but because the organisation of the basics was poor.
The room itself was, however, very comfortable and roomy.
I think with better organisation and management the place has a lot of potential, but for the price we paid I would avoid for the time being.
