Fantastic location, with amazing views over Fistral beach. Great breakfast with a good selection of food.(the granola was fab) We booked hot stone massages which were amazing, The swimming pool was lovely. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the small carpark and the lack of gym equipment, despite the pictures showing cardio equipment. Other than that we had an amazing relaxing stay.

Staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. Food excellent. Bay Bar very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. Room with sea views within 20 metres of the beach. Parking a little cramped and difficult.

We absolutely loved our stay. Best location. The staff here are a real credit to the hotel. and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lovely lady that checked us in. The kind gentleman that happily changed our room after a slight issue and the really friendly lady at breakfast the following day. Lovely clean pool area and the best Margaritas!! All this plus it being in the most beautiful part of Newquay it really was a special birthday treat. We often visit Cornwall as we used to live here and still work here and will definitely return to this special place. Thank you. Can’t wait to return 😊

The beds were far too soft, the base had springs rising up in it and was stained, looked years old. I shared a superior twin room with a friend for one week, the friend who I was with had to put the mattress on the floor after the first night due to back ache, there was no provision for a new base. By the end of the week my neck and shoulders were painful. Apart from this the staff were helpful, the room and hotel was clean, the view from our sea view room could not have been better, breakfast was good and it could have been a very enjoyable stay. One other comment I would make we felt we had to pay for parking as the free parking spaces were often filled and little to no spaces were available on the road.
