2nd time staying here - we absolutely love the hotel suites, only drawback is the location isn’t easily accessible without a car, and the area is a little bit of a construction site at the moment. Other than that, it’s perfect for a short stay, and the suites have been beautifully modernised since our last stay - feels very luxurious. Also only a short drive away from some absolutely beautiful areas

Staff unprofessional and,unhelpful The whole property needs a lot of T L C,Also if we had taken the time to have read reviews about the resort we definitely would not booked it. So much of the lodge we had was dirty and needed cleaning

Great place and will be returning. Only problem I came across is the restaurant which seems to always have 4 to 5 items missing from the menu and clearly the popular items which made for a disappointing meal on 2 occasions. Just need to manage this better. Otherwise, would recommend to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The resort was lovely and exactly the type of accommodation we needed. However, The bathroom tap and shower stopped working for 5 hours on our third day, preventing us / delaying our day since we couldn’t shower. It took hours for maintenance to visit and fix it. Then, the same happened the next day. When asked about our stay at checkout, we explained what happened and the girl laughed and apologised saying it was probably due to filling the hot tubs at other chalets. No gesture of goodwill was offered. Disappointing customer service because otherwise, the stay was lovely.

Think Twice
The parking lot had large pot holes. The room I was in had a dirty bathtub with bugs in it. The toilet would run sometimes after flushing. Occasionally the sink would also start running when the toilet wouldn’t stop running.
