"Great accommodation, set and laid out perfectly for our arrival. The location is ideal and so close to Padstow, rock, and even polzeath. This is our third year in a row and we went for a slightly larger barn this time (3 best room) which was great and gives a larger kitchen/living area."

"When we arrived at the hotel we were charged an extra £10 to park. No mention of that booking. The Hotel looked like it had been closed down for refurbishment wet paint signs all in reception no furniture. arrived at our rooms had beautiful views but rooms were very tired and dated. carpets are filthy ..."
