"We'd stayed before so knew what to expect. No frills, clean bed for the night. For a place to crash it's good value."

"Some dust/cobwebs in some areas of the hotel but room was clean. Bed comfortable. Some staff not so friendly as others. Reasonably priced food and drink. We had a good meal in the bar and enjoyable breakfast. Spa facilities good. "

"Our stay was very relaxing, luckily the weather helped with this. I would recommend booking the superior room for the stay very spacious and clean. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but didn’t bother us. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating which were more important. Had known you can take golf lessons, I would have booked this to explore this further, as they have a golf shop on site."

"Breakfast was fresh. Particularly liked that they did fresh tomato's rather than tined. Good choice. Easy to check in and out. Liked the fact there was a fridge in the rom and i didnt have to ask for one. Shower was a decent size and i liked the base floor. My one criticism, not enough coffee/decaf coffee, milk, sweetener provided in the room. Otherwise excellent."
