"Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented hotel and rooms. Excellent mini bar included and Tamsin on reception was so incredibly welcoming. Absolutely would stay here again."

"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu. Myself and our other party member had to have buffet with fajitas are okay but wasn’t what we were looking for as food option’s especially as we was celebrating a birthday. I think they could do with a disclaimer at time of booking that if you are half board dinner could be Buffett or a set menu but you won’t know till your there. ."

"We have stayed here a few times, this time wasn’t great. The bar/cafe was closed, it was a shame we were not advised before we went, this is the main reason as an away fan we stay here. WiFi wasn’t working, staff were grumpy. Stayed on the 2nd floor, next to three roads, the road noise was terrible! Car park is full of rubbish. Should we play Wolves next season I will think twice about staying here again."
