"Very nice hotel with great location! Close to many subway lines and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. The rooms were spacious, especially for New York standards and everything was very nice. 100% would stay again!"

We've stayed there before and knew what to expect and they didn't disappoint! Always helpful staff, a great room (eventually) and a really good breakfast that sets you up for the day

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special mention goes to James, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel is also in a great location for Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions.
It was also great to be able to help ourselves to coffee and snacks throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Breakfast did get quite busy around 9:00 am, and the food options...

Lovely views from our room. Great check in staff that upgraded us to the top floor and added complimentary wifi - great welcome! Hotel was lovely only criticism is that it was so expensive to eat there.

Family room for 6 of us, was huge, clean and actually very quiet so we were able to sleep soundly! Sofa bed was very comfy and two bathrooms so felt like an Apartment! Great location and easy to get to everything in NYC would highly recommend.

We spent 4 nights staying in room 1709 , this had the most amazing view of the Empire State Building. The room was clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave included.
The location is great just between 5th and 6th Avenue so only few mins walk to all the major sights. Staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was a little chaotic as there were several schools staying so sometimes there wasn’t anywhere to sit
This is our 3rd time here and wouldn’t consider an alternative hotel as it...
