He was a 6 out of 5\. Responsive, helpful, immediate resolution of issues, recommendations of local things we asked about, and alerts to us when there were local issues or concerns. His team at Palais are absolutely amazing! Professional, friendly and able to address any issues. Now, a few things about the unit. It’s advertised as a 2BR 2Bath: by most standards it is not a 2 BR. It’s a 1 Br with an additional bed in the main kitchen/living area. We saw the pictures and to us it looked as if there was a track in the floor to isolate the BR that was in the main living area given that it’s advertised as a 2 bedroom but no, it was a plug/power outlet in the floor. So that means that one bedroom is in the living area and the other is a 1 bedroom with a private bath. So it should be advertised as a 1 bedroom with a sleeping bed in the main space.Also, this unit is the ground floor on the west side so there is very limited sunshine- maybe about an hour in the am, and the native bugs enjoy the space too. This isn’t a complaint as we know we are in their environment but if you’re uneasy about bugs, small snakes and cockroaches you may want a higher floor. Roof top pool was amazing, the concrete lingers in the water at the side were actually comfortable. Other pool but we were told it was closed for maintenance- questionable as we were there 2 months, didn’t see any maintenance or work at all on that pool. Need more loungers there than only 4. ##### Shelley C.
