The Space
This Boho-chic condo is located in the NHOA residential development of Aldea Zama, which has double controlled access and 24-hour surveillance that offers tranquility, security, and convenience. You’ll be only about a 15-minute drive to the beach and near a wide variety of restaurants, bars, spas, convenience stores, and more! The building offers a fully equipped gym, a yoga area, a lounge area, and a snack bar on the rooftop, plus 2 large pools with whirlpools and sun loungers on the ground level.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel right at home. There’s a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals and indoor and outdoor dining tables for sit-down meals, snacks and drinks. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms are outfitted with quality cotton linens, plush pillows, air-conditioning, a Smart TV, an ensuite full bath, and direct access to the patio and pool. There’s a dedicated workspace with 2 cushioned chairs in the second bedroom for working on your laptop or just checking emails.

You’ll have exclusive access to the condo as well as the complex amenities.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be sent to you before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!

Other things to note
Please note: Tulum is an area of high growth, and at times, you may hear construction noise during daytime work hours.

The property may experience occasional electricity and WiFi outages.

For stays longer than 1 week, a complimentary cleaning is provided (mandatory) once a week and includes fresh towels. For stays longer than 28 days, bed linen changes are included every 15 days. If you require more frequent changes, there will be a charge of $30 USD.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded 7 days after check-out, provided all terms are met.

WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- The apartment will only be handed over to the main guest listed on the booking, who must present official identification. In case the main guest is absent, no exceptions will be made even if the companions are present.
- A maximum of one pet weighing no more than 18 kg is allowed for a fee of $50 USD. For larger breeds, please inquire and obtain approval before booking.

Aldea Zama also offers easy access to Tulum's beautiful beaches, famous Mayan ruins, and other historical sites.

Getting around
The property is about 120 km | 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or 43 km | 27 mi from the new Tulum airport. Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Once in Tulum, you can easily rent bikes and scooters to get around, plus there are always taxis available. There’s parking onsite that is first-come, first-serve.
