Comfortable 2BR PH, located in the heart of Aldea Zama, with amenities such as laundry, GYM and infinity pool on the rooftop in the share areas, the ideal space to enjoy the destination.

Just a few steps from the best restaurants of the area, and a mini supermarket. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and amenities like laundry, solarium and gym. 15 min away from the beach and downtown.

As a guest you have access in the building to the common areas like the laundry, solarium and gym.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Aldea Zama its is an open community, that invites their residents and visitors to enjoy superior services and an exceptional lifestyle within a protected and respected natural environment.

Although you have different services just a few steps away, to be able to move to the beach or to Tulum downtown, we recommend to rent a car, scooter or bicycle.

We include on your reservation 30 KW per night, in case to go over we gonna charge 8MXN for each extra KW.

Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.
However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

Nice

The property is located in Aldea Zama, which is a very quiet and convenient area. It was a little difficult to find the building because it doesn't have a name. The host was very attentive, he recommended some places that were amazing. The property needs some basic things like can openers, iron, kitchen utensils in general, and a little more attention in the jacuzzi area because it really wasn't nice to use it but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.
