Beautiful apartment to relax, have fun or work. Enjoy your pleasant and comfortable stay in Tulum, with all the amenities and benefits that the Village offers. New co-working and multipurpose area.  
The apartment is on the third level with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, observe the spectacular sunrises and sunsets surrounded by nature with tranquility, comfort and security.  
Total area 1130sqf. 1 small pet allowed (prior notice).  
It has a bedroom, 1 queen size bed, closet, full bathroom with hot water, kitchen with all appliances and utensils to cook whatever you want, living room, terrace.  
There is a sofa bed enabled for a maximum occupancy of 3 people (prior notice).  
  
Guests can use all the amenities of the village, pool, barbecue, gym, complete apartment.  
There are 2 swimming pools, 2 gyms, co-working room, multipurpose room.

7km away. from the beach, approximately 12 minutes by car/motorcycle or 20 minutes by bike.  
Tulum Downtown 2 km, perfect for spending the afternoon in restaurants, bars or buying handcrafts.  
ADO Bus Terminal 1.9 km  
The village is in the direction of departure to the new Tulum airport, only 25 km away.  
Consider that there are many beaches and cenotes on the outskirts of Tulum and you may want to rent a car to take advantage and explore the surroundings, enriching your experience.
