Relax and rejuvenate in this brand-new villa in the heart of Aldea Zama! Located in La Privada, a private gated community that is conveniently placed between the beaches and the center of Tulum, this luxurious villa has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy.  
  
The rooftop terrace is a spectacular spot for friends and family to celebrate, and here you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, living room, and dining room as well as a plunge pool. Come and enjoy the luxurious Tulum vibe!  
  
Services:  
Your stay at Casa Caridad also includes daily house cleanings (M-F) and our own in-house complimentary concierge services.  
  
Your personal concierge will arrange transporation, rental cars, private chef dinners, restaurant reservations, spa services and excusrsions for you and your group if you would woud like to take advantage of those services.
