"Nice, well maintained property.
Reception staff are very helpful.
Large rooms with kitchenette is very useful if you are vegetarian like us.
7 mins walk to Shinjuku-Gyoeme station. 15-20 mins to the other 2 Shinjuku stations or to central Shinjuku shopping areas."
"I loved the area of this hotel. It was confusing finding, but that’s because it’s inside of building. It’s great if you are staying within Tokyo areas and shopping districts. "
"Very comfortable stay; location is perfect for shopping and for sightseeing— walking distance to a lot of eating places.
Shinjuku Station is walking distance- for trips to Kamakura and elsewhere. The Shinjuku Bus Station is only 600 yen if you have luggage.
Staff st the front desk are all helpful and kind. Simple amenities are also availsble. Room is clean and a bit bigger than other Tokyo hotels.
Highly recommended and will stay here again."

The museums, parks and interesting architecture are just a few things that make this an attractive place for families. Take to the air and fly into Tokyo (HND-Haneda), which is the closest airport, or Tokyo (NRT-Narita Intl.), which is located 35.9 mi (57.8 km) from the centre of Tokyo.

Great experience!
"We had a really great experience at Tobu Hotel. The location was perfect and close to train station.Really close to shopping: Don Quijote and a mall nearby with lots of restaurants as well. But what stood out was the exceptional service from all the staff.Checking in and out was easy.We were also able to book the Limo bus from the hotel directly to Narita Airport which was so convenient for multiple luggages. Will definitely book this hotel again."

"Large old style charm hotel. Very classy foyer and the staff incredibly professional. A quick thank you to Tobori-san at checkin. Not only did he acknowledge that I am a Gold Member of Hotels.com, he upgraded us to a higher & better room and extended our checkout to 2pm. ArigatogozimasuTobori-san"

Clean hotel in business district, close to subways
"Metropolitan Edmont is a convenient hotel located within the business district of Lidabashi. It is a short two to five minutes walk from multiple main subway lines. Nearby are many restaurants. The benefit is the area is quiet and not crazy at night. You can get your rest and still enjoy other bright light areas of Tokyo via a short subway ride. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the facilities are clean. I would stay at this hotel again if in the same area if Tokyo. It is good for vacationing as well as business travel. The only downside is the bathroom is fairly small. I think rooms in the east tower are older than the west tower where the lobby is. They have reupholstered all the carpets in both buildings though and the facilities are decent. "
