This is nice Hotel in a fairly convenient area. It seems a little impersonal. The staff are friendly when you engage them. One staff Member was particularly helpful with an issue I had. Room cleaning was not what I am used to. Bedding was not changed during my stay. Rooms are small but well thought out.

Great staff and exceptional customer service, especially Sony. She was going above and beyond to make sure our check-in and our stay pleasant. Location is super conveniences and close to Shinjuku station, especially the New South concourse for Narita Express. They also provided late check out service up on request. One down side is the bathroom vent was not functioning properly so there was a strange smell. Otherwise, great value and conveniences.

Overall the stay was pretty good besides that it was a bit aged. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled old and a bit like smoke. There was some mold forming in the shower on the ceiling as well but besides that it was very clean. They had a bunch of razors hair ties shower caps teas coffee and toothbrushes which was nice. A lot of food nearby too.
