Located on the north end of town and easy to just walk and shop. Great bar and restaurant on site and great staff. Everything you need BUT no TVs. Just get drink and sit by the pool and relax.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff so kind and conscientious. The hotels visuals are stunning. It belonged in a architectural digest magazine.

We had a wonderful time in this little gem. The rooms were simple, clean, well thought . The bed and the pillows were super comfortable. The staff (Africa) was really nice and go beyond to accommodate. I use the little pool even though was cold. The restaurant was so convenient, Mayel, Karen and Axel were amazing. Food was pretty good, love their omelettes and their french toast, they had little extra details with the coffee with foamy milk, my order of papaya. Mil gracias por todos sus detalles :) We can’t wait to be back!

Casa Tota is perfect for exploring Todos Santos, and the complimentary welcome beverage was a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff were helpful. I was placed in a deluxe room on the second floor, and found it to be comfortable with the exception of the noise level. Traffic noise right outside filtered in through the window and made it very difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel was generally nice and the staff was excellent… but our room had issues. The bathroom was COVERED in mold and smelled like raw sewage. The sink needs to be plugged to stop the smell but I think it was coming out of the shower drain. You could tell they have tried painting over the mold but it’s growing back. You could not keep the bathroom door open to the bedroom.

Great little hotel in the heart of Todos Santos. Super friendly staff and very clean. No TV is the only thing I can say negative but we didn’t spend enough time there to watch tv also. I’d stay there again.

Lovely quaint small property. Staff was the best I’ve encountered on my trip to Mexico. The restaurant serves great food and drinks. The pool area beautiful. Please know there is no television in the rooms. Also wifi was nonexistent the only place to get a signal was in the reception area in the one chair facing the reception desk.

Lovely hotel with rooftop patios and charming restaurant bar with outdoor seating. The rooms all face the courtyard and so do the windows, so not much privacy. Our room was nice, but plagued by a sewer odor for most of our stay.

The staff and restaurant staff were very sweet and helpful. If you don’t open the window, the room smells very stuffy, so it’s loud as all doors open to an inside courtyard. Once I took a shower a smell came up from the drain that permeated the room. Who knows what was in the water that started to cover my feet!!

The property was very unique and small. It is really expensive though and does not include breakfast. There is a nightclub next door and they had a rock concert from 8pm to midnight, after roosters crowing, dogs barking, arv roaring up cobblestone streets and 2 sirens. The beds are very big and linens are luxurious. There was no safe in the room. Staff are friendly. We did get a complimentary drink upon arrival and spa passes.

My mom and I loved this hotel. It’s very safe, the staff is delightful, especially the restaurant staff and while basic the rooms are comfortable and incredibly clean. The hot water took a while to come on but it does come on so don’t panic. I would have enjoyed a tv in the room for just some background noise every once in awhile and when they say loud music Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, they really do mean very loud music but it’s only until 11. Go see the salsa dancing on Wednesdays, the band is awesome. The restaurant is delicious, the French toast was great and the staff were very good with our really bad Spanish. I would definitely stay here again.

The positives of Hotel Casa Tota: great location. Easy walking to all the shops and restaurants. There’s off street parking which we had no issues finding a spot. The staff were all very friendly. The pool and lounge areas were lovely and nice to read and relax by. The cons: we booked a deluxe room and it was sparse. There was a table made out of 2x4’s and wooden block for a chair. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair or 2 in the room. The windows and doors were not sound proof so you could hear the road noise. We were told they would have live music on the Friday night. It was more like a rock concert which went on until almost midnight. We didn’t go because we were hoping to go to bed early for our flight the next day. It was very disruptive. I love live music and I’m no party pooper but I want my hotel room to be a quiet, comfortable space. No hair dryer, luke warm to cold showers with poor water pressure. This hotel was not cheap so I would expect better. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge but we were able to get a little ice from the restaurant to chill our beverages. For the price, it was a bit disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in Todos Santos.

Great boutique Hotel close to all the sights and Restaurants of Todos Santos, but also in a quiet area. Nice attached Restaurant/Bar/Cafe (La Santeña). Rooms are minimalist architecture, clean, with plenty of outlets, good stable wifi, and functional AC. Has an attached parking area that is secured at night. Nice private quiet pool area inside the hotel.

Walkable to everything in Downtown Todos Santos. Great little on site restaurant. Parking can be tricky in Todos Santos and this was very convenient. Lovely pool area in courtyard to cool off after walking and shopping in town

This little hotel is charming, room is clean. The pool is nicely situated in the middle of the property. The location of the hotel is great as it’s convenient and walking distance to everything. I must say though, we stayed for one night and paid $160 for a tiny room with only 2 beds and a bathroom and nothing else (no TV, fridge, microwave), it is way too expensive. Not that we cared for those but it is still very expensive. The beds are not that comfortable either. We do like that they allow pets. We have our 2 small dogs.

Returning to Casa Tota
We stayed at the Casa Tota while we were fishing in Baja. Excellent service and the restaurant is one of the best in town.
