"Despite some negatives other reviews have mentioned about the neighborhood dogs and the grounds being slightly run down, we had a fantastic week in Villa 2. We were the only guests all week (August off season) and were able to enjoy the pool (the pool man came and cleaned twice) and the secure grounds with our dog. The Villa is close to town and the beach, had parking for our van, was overall clean, the bed was comfortable, and water was provided as well as towels, dish towels, soap etc. The host was friendly and the price was great for what we received. After 5 months of travel it was just what we needed."

It feels like the drive down dirt roads go on for a bit but worth it. There is a lagoon and you kayak a short distance to a stunning beach. You can’t swim in this part of ocean as it is dangerous but again you can hear the waves from the property and easy drive to other beaches. We had only planned to stay one night but stayed a second.
