The property was beautiful. Very eco friendly and the staff was top notch. When using the VIP amenities make sure you get clear information on how to use them. Also make sure at check out you verify that all credits have been applied appropriately on the bill .

Nice dining options, Large pool areas. Rooms are big in size, but experienced too many flys in room that would not go away. Rooms are outdated and need attention. Staff are nice when only you provide gratuity if you do not give any gratuity they will avoid you or will not help. Carrying Cash is a must at this hotel. All inclusive** GRATUITY is out of control in my opinion. Tipping should be optional and not be mandatory to expect a service that you pay for upfront.

Went w my family & friends for my birthday. Booked the villa w private pool and jacuzzi all inclusive and WOW! Property and our room was gorgeous. Breakfast spot @ Maria’s is delicious with great service anywhere you go. Book the dinner reservations AHEAD of time or email them especially those in the city or else they’ll try to tell you there are no more reservations. PS they will try to sell you on time shares checking in and keep checking back in w you about it

This is a good property, only thing when you first arrive they are leaves everywhere and they were leaves in my jacuzzi and patio, it appears leaves are constantly falling, otherwise it’s a nice property. The food was great, waiter was amazing, all restaurant staff I interacted with was great the Chef and restaurant manager came out to check on me. I would definitely consider staying there again. You have the advantage of being able to visit the sister property which is a plus because it was a 1 day stay I didn’t have the chance to try the restaurants @ the other property. Boutique is right by the road there can be noise from all the traffic Downside was I never got an email from. The property prior to my stay but Jair Gutierrez my person concierge was helpful and had scheduled my dinner @ the restaurant prior to my arrival. The buttler also ran my jacuzzi that was nice
