"Lovely hotel in a great location in Harrogate. Service received was very good and offered a reasonably priced upgrade on arrival which was a nice surprise. Only slight negative for me is that the front facing rooms do have some traffic noise from a main road- so I would request a rear facing room if that’s an issue."

"Lovely hotel, great to have a 4* hotel allow dogs, loved the letter to him :) Couldn't go in the restaurant for breakfast but was able to bring our food into a separate area that worked well. Ideal location with massive field right in front of hotel to walk him & town centre within 15-20 mins walk. Staff all seemed to be friendly & helpful, thanks"

"This is a fabulous hotel, in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, underground car park on site, think it's £12, per day but you can come and go as you please, the staff are both friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast included."
