A nice touch was there was a nightshift person who introduced themselves to me and told me to ring anytime if any issues. "Arriving at Sprowston Hall it was impressive. However, Room was tucked up a lot of stairs (not told of this at reception) Bed was very uncomfortable, duvet was too small for a double bed - with 2 people in, only 2 pillows (which werent comfortable) - no spare. Room was freezing too. Went to the bar to look at menu and asked for a decaf coffee but male bar staff said he would have to go and get one - very reluctantly-so told him not to bother. Menu at the bar quite restrictuve too. Overall disappointing. "
