"The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout. The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho. The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again as the price is reasonable considering location."

"Room was clean; staff were friendly and helpful; location was ideal for sightseeing and travel to other areas in England for day trips (easy walk to Euston Station and St. Pancras/Kings Cross). Underground is an easy walk from hotel and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for meals and souvenirs. There are two parks at either end of the block for enjoying nature. I especially enjoyed the cafe and pub onsite for days when I didn’t want to go back out for dinner. Would recommend staying here for location and value. "
