"We had an amazing 3 night break. Hotel was clean, comfy bed, beautiful view, lovely food nothing was too much trouble. Great hot indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi… special thanks to Christine for wonderful breakfast service and going the extra mile by sending us the evening menu when we were out and arranging with the chef something that wasn’t on the menu for that evening. Thanks to Jackie for her knowledge of the area and Bella on reception. We will definitely be back but for longer next time."

"Lovely hotel The Location was perfect! The room was very clean although very stuffy at night but there was a fan in the room and the window can be opened and was still very quiet. Loved the pool & spa facilities. Breakfast there was plenty of choice. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area. If I was being very picky the only complaint we had was the evening meal portions were very small for the price that we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel for staying."

"Older hotel close within walking distance of the rail station. Outstanding guest services in the hotel and pub. Food and drink was good. In town, close proximity to shops, services and transportation. Older building and has some of the squeaks and scrapes that go along with them. Having only a few electric outlets in the room was the only bothersome thing for me. No lift if that matters to you, I enjoy climbing stairs. Nice property for the value, would stay again."
