Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. The room wss lovely. Free upgrsde to a river view. Only 10-15 mins walk from the tube 20 minutes walk on the riverside to the London eye. Near to the house of parliament. Great hotel! Pleasant stay

Overnight stay for Valentine’s Day. Room upgraded on arrival. Complimentary chocolate and cookies at reception. Plenty of references to the buildings history (magistrates court and prison) - ask a member of staff for guided tour! ‘Spoiler Alert’ look out for the handcuffs on the chandelier in the entrance lobby. Hotel spotless, and staff keen to be if service. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked for another night !

Amidst the hustle and bustle of London Bridge is a gem of a boutique hotel, The Lalit. The old school has been transformed into fabulous high ceilinged bedrooms and a must see dining room: the restoration has done this building proud. On a boiling hot and sticky day in London the accommodation provided an oasis of calm, noise free and air conditioned. I loved it.

Location is superb, quiet at night with excellent access to restaurants & underground. Bonus is a car park £15 per day. Staff is exceptionally nice. Food is great too. This is my n-th stay there.

My husband and I found the hotel to be just what we were looking for. A little pub in the middle of London with character and charm we were looking for. Our room was lovely and clean the extra little special touch of balloons and flower petals were lovely. The menu options for breakfast were great and the full breakfast was definitely worth the choice. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.
