This hotel is in a beautiful area of San Francisco, perfect location. Amazing rooms and facilities, but what makes the hotel are the staff, attentive, friendly and very professional.......this is an amazing hotel, a true gem!

We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel in a very central location for many of San Francisco's attractions. The views of the bridges, city and Bay are stunning. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Especially the guys on Concierge (Brian and Mike) helped book tours and great restaurants. Using the house car to go places really useful so overall we had a great stay.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. Really nice hotel right by China town. Very comfortable room with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and super helpful.

the credit card machine was not working properly at checkin- instead of trying to resolve it the host was acting like it was my cards that were not working.
