"Lovely older hotel. Great staff."
I enjoyed my stay. For the most part, it was quiet and comfortable. Although, my room had no view to speak of and looked down on an alley-way between two building walls. I did not spend much time in the room, so it was not an issue this visit. The Campton Place restaurant was superb and The Bistro was great. Both were very pricy, though. I appreciated my credit toward daily breakfast and the service was excellent.

"Luxury downtown hotel"
We are a family of 4 and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is spotless and perfectly maintained. The pool was the highlight for our family and was the reason we booked this hotel. I highly recommend it for that reason. The bathroom and beds are top quality. Our view was not good at all. Our window looked down on an area that was full of garbage, which was a tough site for such an expensive hotel. I assume we got that view due to our lower rate. The food and breakfast in the hotel is very expensive, but there is a Starbucks around the corner. As mentioned in other reviews, you have to pay for internet access. All in all, it is a beautiful hotel, and the pool is spectacular.

"Fabulous!"
Been to the hotel bar and have gone in at Christmas time, but never stayed the night. my husband and I went on a date night in the city and finally stayed here. It's a pricey hotel, but an expedia deal of half off knocked this stay off our bucket list. Beautiful hotel with old world charm. room was not just beautiful and exceptionally clean, but large. Who gets a walk in closet with full length mirrors in a hotel room? Perfect stay and hoping for another chance at a reduced rate again!

"Nice hotel close to many attractions"
I would have probably given this hotel 5 stars, however, we were on the second floor and it was so loud all night long from the traffic that it was hard to sleep. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom making it uncomfortable after using the shower. The staff were nice and the food was great.
