The Lowry Hotel Manchester

The Lowry Hotel Manchester

10/10 Excellent
"Every member of staff was welcoming and friendly, from the doorman to the receptionist, the breakfast servers and the cleaners. Everyone was helpful. My room was spacious. It had an ironing board and iron, which was very useful in helping me press and set out my clothes properly. And the body products (ARRAN Sense of Scotland in Grapefruit and Green Leaf) my goodness, they smelled wonderful. The body wash, hand wash and hand lotion were all so lovely that I will be buying them for my own use. It showed how thoughtful and intentional the hotel is about pampering its guests. At breakfast, the pancakes were delightful: soft, tasty and filling. The bed was perfect, and the pillows felt as though my head was being cuddled. Lastly, the view from my room. I watched the rain's gracious descent, the balmy sunshine as it peeked through the clouds, people going about their business, and a lone kayaker on the river. Lowry, you gave me a beautiful experience one I will hold dear."
