"Great rooms for good price. Close to the beach. A little down the main strip so quiet but easily walkable."

"The Staff: work sometimes 16hr days and do their best to speak i the language of thwir guests. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able. The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room. "The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise. "

"Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired and basic but had everything we needed. The water slide park was fantastic and we used it everyday. The fun fair rides and arcade are also great, an extra cost but reasonable. There was a great variety of food in the various restaurants although the rules around the a la carte bookings were not clear with different people saying different things. The animation team and activities were great fun and provided variety for us all....

"L'hôtel est vraiment sympa, propre,confortable et à taille humaine. Comme il est au bout de la ville, il est nécessaire de prendre un taxi pour aller dans le centre (ceci dit il n'ya pas grand-chose à faire dans le centre) mais du coup, l'environnement est calme et il y a peu de bruit. Le personnel est vraiment attentif à nos demandes, réactif et sympathique. La plage, même si elle n'est pas super, est proche et il y a à disposition des chaises longues. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine."

"We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. After checking with their manager it was paid. Everytime that I asked simple requests (sometimes twice) something regarding the beds or if I can pay some meals with Egyptian pounds in cash the guy at...
