"We had a truly beautiful stay at Amarina Abu Soma Hotel. The whole environment is extremely well looked after — the gardens are stunning, lush, and clearly maintained with a lot of care, which makes walking around the resort really relaxing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff in the restaurants and bars were fantastic: always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. We would especially like to mention Ibrahim and Ahmed, who truly made our dining experience special. They were incredibly helpful with feeding our baby, who is 8 months old and needs special meals. They always made sure something fresh was prepared especially for her, without salt, sugar, or any additives, which made a huge difference to our stay and gave us real peace of mind as parents. We stayed here with our baby, and as it was our first holiday with a child, we were a bit nervous beforehand. Thankfully, everything turned out perfectly. The hotel is very family-friendly, and we felt well looked after at all times. Our room was spacious and comfortable — big enough for our travel cot — and very well maintained. We also really appreciated that our request for a quiet room was respected, which was essential for our baby to rest and relax without too much noise. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others, especially families with young children. January is a perfect time to visit: the weather is beautiful and not too hot for babies. The "

"Great location, all the staff were really lovey. Food was fabulous. Would come back again. We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. The location is absolutely ideal—perfectly positioned to access everything El Gouna has to offer. The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star property: beautifully appointed suites, excellent dining options, and most importantly, a team of staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special recognition must go to Ms Nermeen and the entire Guest Experience Ambassador team, who provided exceptional, personalized service throughout our stay. They were consistently attentive—anticipating our needs, answering questions promptly, and going well beyond standard service to ensure we had a memorable experience. "Spacious room and comfy bed. The bathroom flooded from the shower thou and it was noisy at night from the ACs. The ladies at reception were very helpful and polite. The agreement with the beach club is good for pool and beach access and with Ollies restaurant to have a small discount. Good pricing for what it offers. I would recommend and go back."
