Great hotel choice in El Gouna. Beach front rooms are nice, good facilities and reasonable prices. The beach is good and so are the pools. Service is very good, they are very attentive and have small gestures such as cleaning sunglasses and settings towels for you. The town is a short stroll away and offers a good choice of restaurants and bars.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller. The service was top notch, everyone was all very kind and accommodating. (From asking for breakfast boxes to late checkout — all my requests were met). The morning yoga included in the itinerary was such a bonus treat to my stay. We did not expect the hotel to be this big, it was so nice and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and always at hand. The food was amazing! Honestly we could not fault the hotel, everything was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

The Movenpick is the ideal place to stay in El Gouna. Perhaps somewhat overpriced, but the staff are friendly and very helpful, the service is impeccable, the facilities are superb and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would most certainly come back. My only problem was at the check-in: to our surprise (and we arrived at night), Expedia had failed to send our booking confirmation to the hotel! Enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay at Fanadir Hotel, all the staff were super friendly. Will definately recommend thIs hotel. Hotel location was ideal, only 5 minute stroll to the marina restaurants.

The Captain's Inn is a really nice hotel with polite, helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent and although they don't have their own pool, you are able to use the beaches at Moods for free which is a real bonus, as almost all of the hotels and beaches charge. We would recommend you ask the staff for advice re. any trips or excursions you want to book as they will find you a better rate than advertised. Great hotel with an excellent front-of-house team. The restaurant is on the cozy side, which can cause a bit of a bottleneck when the hotel is at full capacity. While the dining staff were mostly helpful and friendly, they could benefit from a little extra training on managing rush periods.
