"The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice."

"The resort itself was a well run resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did feel the room coffee limit of four pods was a bit stingy for a 8 night stay. The food was very diverse and delicious. We would definitely stay there again. "

The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was about the cleanest that I have seen in Egypt and the quality of the food was excellent, considering the buffet arrangements. Variety and quality of the alcoholic drinks was limited, but no more than to be expected from an all inclusive of this nature in Egypt, so hardly any real criticism. "
