"I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

"Very good beach. There are two sections for the beach. Good size pools. Pool for kids as well. Night activities everyday either by the beach or by the pool. They do have a luggage room which they kindly let us leave our bags on the last day after check out. Grocery shop or two nearby for snacks or drinks if needed."
