"We upgraded to the Posh Club, allowing us to have our own cabana which had a safe, ceiling fan, outlets, and your own mini fridge. I had a spa treatment (thank you, Nancy!!) and it was incredible. Every person we encountered made our trip memorable. The concierge service is a piece I would say needs enhancing. Any time we asked for something, it was done begrudgingly. The day we checked in, we specifically asked for an offsite Hurghada excursion - both verbally and 5 times over the course of 3 days within the texting communication piece - and our butler never booked it. We had to book it ourselves. This lack of communication, prohibited us from experiencing more of the amenities on the property. That was a letdown. Overall, it is a beautiful property and a great spot for families with children (young or old) or if you are with a bunch of friends, like us. "

"Our stay at Meraki Resort Hurghada was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the words “welcome home” – and that is exactly how it felt throughout all 10 days of our stay. The resort is large, beautiful, and very well maintained. Everything is clean and well taken care of, and you can really see the attention to detail. The housekeeping is excellent – both the rooms and the common areas are always spotless. The food was a big positive surprise. There is a wide selection of both food and drinks, and the restaurants are truly top-notch. The quality is high, and there is plenty of variation, so you never get bored. No matter your taste, there is something for everyone. The level of activities is also impressive. The animation team does an incredible job – they are energetic, friendly, and great at making everyone feel included. There is always something going on, and the atmosphere is both fun and relaxed at the same time. The staff deserves special praise. They are kind, professional, and helpful in every way. We unfortunately lost a gold bracelet during our stay, but the way it was handled was truly impressive. Everyone took it seriously, and it was handled with professionalism and care, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, this was an experience where service, quality, and atmosphere come together perfectly. Meraki Resort Hurghada is a place we highly recommend – and we would love to return."

" Merveilleuses vacances au bord de la mer Rouge Nous avons passé, mon épouse et moi, un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et disposent même d’une petite cour intérieure bien protégée, idéale lorsqu’il y a du vent. Le personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Un grand merci à Monsieur Pappu pour la qualité du restaurant : la cuisine est excellente et nous avons dîné avec plaisir chaque soir. Mention spéciale également à Monsieur Maher Sadek pour l’organisation d’une superbe surprise à l’occasion de nos 30 ans de mariage — un moment inoubliable. La plage est très grande, avec des espaces bien aménagés et suffisamment espacés pour se sentir à l’aise. Les amateurs de plongée seront ravis : un magnifique spot avec un jardin de corail se trouve à proximité. Félicitations aussi à Ahmed Nagy pour la gestion irréprochable de cet hôtel.
