We had to change our room 4 times in the first night. First time, AC was not working, then inspects and mosquitoes in the second room, then a rotten smell in the third room. Finally, the 4th room was ok. This is not to eb expected at such a hotel with such ratings and pricing after an 11 hour flight.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Be advised that the exceptional, abundant, and high-quality food options may contribute to weight gain.
