We had a fantastic stay at Sunny Days Palma De Mirette Resort and truly enjoyed every part of our holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and had a lovely holiday atmosphere. The food and drinks were very good, with a nice variety of choices. The restaurant team were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We really appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. A special mention must go to all the wonderful staff at the resort. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. The reception team were welcoming and efficient, the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and comfortable

The room was beautiful, well kept as well as the pool. the beach was lovely as well as the communal pools and areas. i felt as though the all inclusive was mainly limited to 3meals a day and drinks whereas snacks were really lacking. What ruined my experience at this hotel was the staff. I was constantly harassed by the male staff particularly one. i didn’t even feel safe raising the issue with anyone as every single one had been inappropriate with me at that point and it seemed very normalised. It got to the point where i would rather stay in my room and not even go to meals as if was extremely distressing. One particular staff member would even continuously come to my room after finding out which room i was staying in, at late hours of the night banging and knocking on my door, after opening it once and feeling extremely uncomfortable and asking him to leave which he did not want to, i didnt open the door again. its really unfortunate as the resort is lovely but the staff really ruined it for me. i was left feeling unsafe, anxious and on edge from day 2 of an 8 day stay. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all for females.

I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room. Outstanding things: 1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature.

The curtains were smelly and stained. No WiFi in the room you pay extra not advertised the property didn’t match the brochure.Safe was small A/C very old stuck with tape nerve racking sleeping under it. Balcony were plants were had cigarette butts that looked like they have been there for months. No sockets next to the bed. Broken bedside furniture. Electricity kept going off turning everything off even the doors that wasn’t safe. Didn’t see the pool being treated. Three in one hotel use but nothing is advertised about kids entertainment if you’re staying at the mirette.no guest relations had to walk to the other side to find out things.
