It takes your entire experience to another level. Exclusive areas, premium service, total relaxation. It made our trip unforgettable. What really made the stay special was the service. Huge shoutout to Hussien. This man genuinely cares. He looked after me and my family like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. He’s professional, kind, and on top of every little detail. "The building is well maintained, staff are polite and nice, the facility is huge so expect a lot of walking, there's 2 drawbacks the food variety is poor except special nights, also the pools are bit boring no musics with little animation, so if you want a quite place to relax this will be your destination."
