an OK all inclusive resort
We enjoyed our stay there, but it could be better.
The hotel room need upgrade. the phone in our room does not work when we checked in, and it was fixed two days later. The coffee machine looks very dirty and i didn't even bother to use it. The bathroom ceiling drips water sometime. Also the sound insulation is virtually non-existent, we can hear our neighbor's conversation. One time we came back from beach, my wife took a shower, and then found out maid forgot to put clean towels in the bathroom. Fortunately, there is a maid station nearby, I just went there and asked for clean towels.
However, the public facilities seems in good condition. We like the landscape very much. The water in the pool seems a bit dirty, other than that, everything else is up to our expectation.
Food wise, some restaurants are good, some are so so. Buffett food is good for our appetite the first couple of days, OK for the next two days, and became unbearable after that.
Staff are mostly very friendly and nice people, a few dollars of tip will definitely make them nicer. Beware of the sales staff of Exclusive Traveller Club, they are everywhere.
In general, if you are not picky, and budget sensitive, this place can be an OK choice for vacation. Otherwise, find some place else.
