Great Hotel

Very nice Hotel. Beautifull beach. Great food. The staff always smile and helps with anything you need. My family and I will return soon.

Nice location, not good maintenance

We went for a wedding and were several rooms from our side that AC were not working, room service was so bad, staff was very friendly but not solving. Except for Manaure at Japanese rest, Flor at Exclusive room, Carlos at Pure, and Noemi at front desk... service ia not the best. Exterior infraestructure is very good, not the rooms, at least the old ones. Lagoons are not clean, helping to grow the population of mosquitos. Rooms are being remodeled with nice arquitecture and confort.

Great hotel, friendly staff, the food was very good, hotel was close to the beach, I liked everything about the hotel. I will be going back again in December. Great experience....

Disappointed

While the grounds are beautiful, the shows entertaining, and staff was pleasant, the room was aweful. The ceiling leaked water twice (never fixed), nobody seemed to care. Shower was incredibly SMALL and water shut down while lathered one time. Door handle was broken. TV reception was inconsistent. Wifi in room was nonexistent. Room was in need of upgrade.

nice hotel close to the beach

Pros: the food
Cons: the sink and the bathroom should be in the same room not separate, very uncomfortable, when you used the bathroom and wash hands in a separate room.
Location: good location close to every thing.

Great place close to the beach love the room

Pros: The staff is the best always so accommodating, the food something for everyone , the beach love it
Cons: I am not sure there wasn't anything i didn't liike
Location: I just relaxed ate , went to the beach , loved the shows
This was my second time there and I am looking forward to a third time , everything was great

Second time in Catalonia, best hotel, food and service for your $$$, entertaintment needs improcedente, liquor needs improvement, the pool needs cleaning often

Pros: The food was quite good. We especially enjoyed the smoothie hut on the beach and the catamarans and sea kayaks.
Cons: The room was clean and fairly comfortable, but the refrigerator did not work and the toilet ran most of the time. The bathroom could use upgrading.
The HARD SELL of the Time Share was very off-putting! The service staff was very pleasant and efficient. The food was good, We especially enjoyed the smoothie hut on the beach and the catamaran and sea kayaks.

Nice hotel but could be better

Pros: The room was nice and the pool area.
Cons: If our room had good AC it would have been perfect.
Location: Go to CocoBongo, it was the best, had a great time.
We had an ok experience, could have been better if hotel had a shuttle from and to the airport. Also our room AC was messed up, we advised the front desk, they said they were going to fix it but it never got fixed. 4 days of bad AC.
