The staff was all very nice. The resort was very beautiful. We really enjoyed the steak house, Japanese Restaurant and the Caribbean Restaurant, the rest of the food was okay.
The room was not what I expected. Our air conditioner started to leak and we had a huge flood in our room, we used two of our beach towels and some of our shower towels to soak up the water, when the maintenance man came, he took the wet towels with him, house keeping would not replace the beach towels so we had to use the same two towels the entire trip. When we would take a shower and felt our towel needed to be replaced, we left it on the floor, expecting housekeeping to take it, wash it and leave a clean one. But no, they were folded and but back on the shelf. So we didn't get new towels when we needed them. That was disappointing, made me question the linens on the bed and everything else.
Overall, the trip was amazing, other than the towel situation and flooding of the room, the resort was beautiful.
