"Overall- Older property, but well maintained and extremely friendly staff. We saw a lot of the same people all week and they are so welcoming and friendly and truly make you feel like a little family during your stay. Daniel and Raynar in the Privelage pool area, our concierge Timothe and Priscilla in the Preimum member service area were all amazing! Premium upgrade- If you can upgrade to the premium membership, it’s very worth it. It includes personal concierge service to book reservations at the restaurants or help with anything throughout the week. It also includes concierge service at the pool/beach, upgraded drink options, private beach/pool area and building. Definitely a nice upgrade for a nicer stay. Food- Lots of options with restaurants (Italian, Mexican, American, steakhouse, teriyaki and french - although French requires long pants for men) as well as a rotating menu for dinner at the main building. There is also a restaurant on the beach (exclusive for premium members for breakfast and dinner) which provided an amazing view. Overall, if you don’t mind an older property (which they are constantly maintaining and updating) that has a smaller footprint, I would highly recommend. Some of the resorts are way too big, but this one felt much more friendly, family like and less intimidating when it came to walking around to different areas. Thank you to the amazing staff who made us feel like home!!! We will absolutely be back. ❤️"

"The thing that I like, the most was the avocado from dinner things that I like the least, where the cheap liquor every soda taste like if it was a diet soda the food was not the greatest. The hallway smelled either like throw up or piss. There was cats on the property some dogs as well. And one morning, going to see the sunrise I found a dead bird right in the walk path in between my hotel room and the lobby where I have to go and inform the front desk that they had a dead bird lying down in the path. Female staff personnel will hide in the bathroom to use their cell phones with no common courtesy or anything."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Luis at the front desk and Manager Dariel. From the moment we arrived, Luis greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an incredibly positive attitude that made us feel immediately welcome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Manager Dariel was equally outstanding. You can truly see his dedication to guest satisfaction and the high standards he sets for the resort. He took the time to ensure we were enjoying every aspect of our visit and made us feel valued as guests. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional hospitality from Luis and Dariel that made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for top-notch service and a memorable vacation experience!"

"Overall beautiful resort , some staff members need more training , magna club at this location is not worth the upgrade ( Magna club at Oyster Bay was amazing ), alcohol selection was below average , Food was great. If you get this resort at a really amazing price go for it ,if not go somewhere else."
